With a firm commitment to the excess and surplus lines marketplace, BASS provides insurance programs necessary for independent agencies or groups of independent agencies to obtain quality service from their brokers. Traditionally, only the large brokerage facilities service the large independent agencies; however, there are hundreds or possibly thousands of agencies that have been unsuccessful in finding that same quality service necessary to serve their clients.

Our operation is unique in that we have approached a saturated market by providing professional services that were once the driving force of the independent agency. These professional services have increasingly been placed on the back burner by large brokerage facilities. We have found that most surplus operations relocate because of a large surplus market and do so without knowing the marketplace. Our strength is that we do understand the marketplace and its complexities.
